How do I track my order?

Once you make your order you receive your invoice after your payment is confirmed. We keep in touch with you with all order updates . Orders that require time in finalisation like tailor made suits need 21 days before shipment. Once your order is ready for shipment you will provided with tracking number through which you can track your shipment arrival.

What are your delivery options?

We have two options of shipment delivery worldwide.

1. Standard Shipment ---------- $35  

takes 8-14 days after order is ready

2. Express Shipment ---------- $55 

take 3-10 days after order is ready

 

How do I return an item?

Please return your goods via our courier partners in the relevant country, with the Return Form and Receipt included with your order. Please note that all international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping for your exchange will be at our standard international shipping rates.

Returns & Refund policy?
 

We aims to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. We understand that there may be rare occasions where shoppers are not completely satisfied, and it is important for us to hear your feedback. For online purchases where we have been notified by email within 3 days of receipt of the goods, that are not worn, used or damaged, we will be delighted to offer a full refund* (excluding delivery fees) or exchange, provided all tags remain attached to the garment. *All sale  items are non-refundable, unless received damaged or sent incorrectly.

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

  • The item is in original condition and is unwashed, unworn, unused and has not been altered or personalised.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the card used to make the original purchase.
